My My name is Katy Mimnagh, and I founded AquaVeris after years on the frontline — seeing how poor safety systems, weak accountability, and lack of representation put lives and projects at risk.

As a certified NDT technician and rope access specialist, I’ve worked across rail, offshore, and industrial sites where technical skill wasn’t the problem — culture was. Too often, safety and inclusion were treated as afterthoughts.

AquaVeris exists to change that. We deliver rope access and inspection services that meet the highest standards — built on inclusive leadership, technical excellence, and systems that genuinely protect people. Because the future of industry depends not just on skill, but on culture.
